FAQ > SPYNERGY CYCLING STUDIO > What's a good class for my very first one?

If you are new to indoor cycling.....these classes are a great workout that can be adapted to any fitness level, once you learn how.  For newcomers there are several options. 

  1. We offer three free "intro to indoor cycling" sessions per week.  You can sign up by visiting our online scheduling system.  At this 30 minute session we will walk you through the basics, set you up on the bike and show you what to expect in a full class.

  2. Many first-timers jump right into a regular class.......this is fine. Remember, whether you are a beginner, or an advanced cyclist, these workouts that can be modified to your own fitness level.  A few things to remember when you come in for your first class:
  • - Come in a few minutes early and check yourself in at our computer kiosk
  • -  Let the instructor know you are new so they can set up up
  • -  Dress comfortably:  shorts, short sleeves, sneakers or cycling shoes
  • -  Bring water, we provide towels
